  • Will care about your transaction as his or her own.

And there are a couple of questions you have to answer yourself:

  • Do I feel comfortable working with this agent?
  • Are they working in my best interests?
  • Can I communicate well with them?
  • Are they knowledgeable about all the important aspects of a transaction?
